I know the feeling of trying new things, especially when it comes to having someone else take care of your best friend / family member. To maintain a calm and reassuring environment that creates a positive experience, I've created some questions that I am frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU REQUIRE BEFORE MY VISIT?

Proof of current pet vaccination, this can be presented in person. As well as emailed to us HERE or sent as a text to HERE. Additionally, we have a "New Client Info Agreement" that must be completed before every pet’s first visit which can be found HERE.

"MY DOG SHEDS LIKE CRAZY AND JUST CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A SOLUTION!"

For our hairy friends we highly recommend a deshedless bath, this will remove a majority of the dead hair. To see a complete healthy change to your dogs coat we suggest getting this extra service at least twice. Staying constant with your brushing will also help.

SAFETY OF MY PET. HOW DO THEY SPEND THERE TIME?

We dislike the idea of having a dog or cat stay in a kennel for long periods of time. That is why when we schedule are clients we make sure that it is one after another to avoid this. We also contact the owner 10 - 15 mins before we are done, this way they get off the table and straight home.
